Can I amend my booking?

Yes, you can amend your booking by sending us an email or a message on live chat. Please check our Terms and Conditions for more details.

What is the validity of earned points?

Points will not expire as long as you have earned or redeemed points on your account at least once every 24 months; otherwise, the accumulated points will be permanently deleted.

Can I use my points to pay cancellation or amendment fees?

No, you can’t use your points to pay cancellation or amendment fees.

Can I transfer my points to another person/member?

No, you can’t transfer your points to another person/member.

What is the membership fee of Inécia loyalty program?

Inécia Horizons is always free.

How do I make a complaint when I'm back from my holiday?

If you are still dissatisfied after returning home and the Supplier has not resolved your complaint, please notify us in writing by emailing calidad@ineciatours.es. within 30 days of your return so that we can properly investigate.

How do I make a complaint?

The supplier is best placed to resolve your queries or concerns. If you have a problem, you must report this to the supplier or our representative immediately. If our representative isn’t available, you should contact our quality department.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can. You must inform us as soon as possible by sending us an email or a message on live chat. Please check our Terms and Conditions as cancellation fees may apply.

Can I transfer my booking to another person?

In some cases, you can transfer your booking to another person, who must accept all the conditions that apply to this booking, by giving us notice in writing or by email as soon as possible and no later than fifteen days before the date of the Service. Both you and the new traveller are responsible for paying for our amendment fees and any costs as a result of the transfer.

Can I make a booking without signing up?

Yes, you can, but we recommend signing up to enjoy our special discounts and offers during the year.

How can I receive my invoice?

You will receive your invoice once the last of the payments established in the payment conditions of each trip is made and verified.

Can I pay for my booking in monthly installments?

Yes, you can. It depends on how far in advance you book your service. If your booking is more than 90 days in advance or less than 365 days, the option to pay in monthly installments at the payment stage will be available. We will not be able to change payment dates or amounts shown. Amounts will be automatically deducted from your card, so you don't need to log in and pay us. You can’t amend your booking unless you pay your balance first.

What card types can I use?

We accept both credit and debit cards.

Are my card payments secure?

Yes, your card payments are secure. We use Stripe payment gateway, which is very secure and trusted by many companies.

Can I make a group booking?

Yes, you can. For bookings of more than ten people, please send us an email or a message on live chat, and we will be happy to help you.

Can I add a special request to my booking?

Yes, you can. We will try to satisfy these requests, but, Inécia does not guarantee that. Inécia does not accept bookings that are contingent on the fulfilment of any special requests.

What if I don't receive a booking confirmation?

Don't be concerned if you don't receive your booking confirmation right away. It depends on the service you have booked. You should receive your booking confirmation within 72 hours. Rarely, we can't confirm a booking, but if this happens, we will contact you to discuss different options. If you want to talk to us, send us a message on live chat, and we will be happy to help you.

When is my booking confirmed?

We usually confirm your booking immediately. You will receive your booking confirmation number at the email address you provided when you booked. Please check the junk or spam folder of your email if you don't receive our email within 72 hours of making your booking. If you don’t, send us a message on live chat, and we will be happy to help you.
